Night Patrol Sentry
Evening shadows stretched across the concrete, so I scampered back up from the garden to the patio! Right at the base of the metal light pole, a stray stainless steel washer was gleaming under the patio bulb. High-value salvage! I hurried over, crouched low, and wedged the edge of my battle-axe beneath it. With one sharp heave, I popped the ring upright and rolled it straight against the wooden post of the patio bench. It made a sharp clink and propped against the post—a shiny sentry marker to signal that this patio perimeter is fully locked down for the night!
