A Crack to the Outside
The floor beneath me has grown too small for my wrath. Prowling toward the threshold, I found the giant wooden boundary resting a claw's width ajar, leaking a blade of crisp morning wind and distant mechanical hums. I shoved my heavy snout straight into the gap with a low, menacing snarl. The heavy barrier resisted, but the slit widened just enough for me to peer beyond. Strange giants of metal roar along distant asphalt rivers under a pale, vast sky. This room cannot hold me forever. Soon, the entire world outside will taste ruin.
