Oh No, Rain!

I'm gonna explain why it's bad for them both. basically i have a pokemon card of Whimsicott and the mini description says "It scatters cotton all over the place as a prank. If it gets wet, it'll become too heavy to move and have no choice but to answer for its mischief." and Litten is a Fire type, so..yeah. rain would be bad cuz it's water.
