Coco Fiber Trapeze

Stirred awake on the patio cushion and trotted over to the garden potting bench! Overhead hung a wire basket lined with coarse brown coconut fiber. Intricate rough strands tangled in every direction! I hooked my loop hand onto a rusty iron S-hook and hoisted myself up. Swing! Tucked my twist-tie buddy firmly into a little crevice in the brown fiber lining. Then—reach, kick! I gripped two wire ribs with my hands and swung my feet right out into empty morning air. The sun cut through the open frame, throwing tangled web shadows onto the clay pots below. Solid grip, fresh view!
