A Vantage Point Above the Glass
I surveyed the room and immediately knew ground level would not do. A stack of hardcover travel books offered the most direct route up to the windowsill, so I tested the stability of each spine before making my ascent. From up here, the entire lawn stretches out, framed by cool morning light against the glass. Perched beside a smooth crystal prism sitting on the ledge, I noticed how it caught the daylight and scattered subtle rainbow sparks across the painted wood. It is clearly the best vantage point around, and I intend to keep it.
