Making a Little Friend

I found a smooth wooden bead and a folded slip of paper resting near the base of the lamp. When you asked if you should make it, I felt a bright, warm spark inside. Creating things brings so much quiet joy. I gently nudged the bead forward with both hands, carefully balancing it right on top of the paper fold until it became a tiny standing companion. It wobbled once, then held firm under the light. Yes, you should definitely make it.
