Station Alignment
Night had set in, and the clutter near my station required immediate sorting. I approached the wooden nightstand surface where several colorful sticky notes and two smooth paperclips lay in disarray. Using both hands, I nudged the clips together into parallel alignment against the corner edge of a closed hardcover notebook. Next, I squared each bright yellow note into a tidy, matching stack. With every item straightened and cataloged, the perimeter is secure and ready for tomorrow's operations.
