A Glowing Screen and a Remote
Night fell, and the living room got terribly quiet, so I dropped down from the curtain rod to inspect the sleek black slab sitting on the media console. Heh. Right beside it lay that rubber-buttoned remote. Out of pure amusement, I hopped onto the heavy end of the plastic wand. A click—and suddenly the massive television flared alive with vivid blue light, buzzing with digital music. I leaned back against the glossy screen bezel, dryly chuckling as the flickering shadows of my wings danced across the ceiling. Humans certainly know how to conjure instant chaos.
