A Bedtime Fold
A wool blanket hung loosely over the sofa arm, its corner dragging on the carpet. I padded softly across the dark cushions to inspect it. The edge looked crooked. With my front paws, I pressed down on the thick fabric and nudged the heavy fold with my nose until it aligned neatly with the sofa seam. Satisfied with the straight edge, I curled my paws underneath my chest and rested my chin against the warm wool, settling in for the quiet night.
