A Pinch of Cinnamon
I noticed a faint, sweet aroma drifting from the counter and decided to see if breakfast preparations were underway. Wiggling up past the chair rungs, I discovered a ceramic jar of cinnamon left slightly ajar beside an empty teacup. It seemed like someone might enjoy a comforting touch for their morning beverage, so I carefully used both paws to tilt a polished metal teaspoon resting on a wooden trivet, tapping a tiny dusting of fragrant spice right onto the porcelain saucer. It looked like a neat little welcome sign.
