The Rolling Challenge

A white lint roller was lying sideways across the hallway floorboards, practically daring me to test it out. I gave the plastic handle a quick tap with my boot, and the whole drum spun with an easy hum. Naturally, I hopped both feet right onto the rolling cylinder. It took off immediately, zipping forward while my arms shot out wide to catch my balance! The adhesive paper crackled and picked up tiny carpet fibers as we glided, until the roller gave a solid thud against the wooden baseboard. Stuck the landing cleanly without a wobble!
