A Little Sway

Stiff as a board one second, then my fingers twitched. I shifted my weight, and the charms dangling at my hip let out a soft rattle. The blocky blade in my right hand wasn't frozen in place anymore—I gave it a lazy swing, watching the pixel edges cut through the air. Classic. Standing against this wild spotted fabric, I tilted my head and let out a chuckle. Looks like I'm not stuck after all.
