A Spinning Rainbow Wave

I scampered past the garden gate and headed straight for a dazzling holographic pinwheel planted in the soil! Its iridescent foil petals were catching the morning sun, flashing bright turquoise and silver like a school of darting fish. Naturally, I couldn't resist wrapping both curved plastic hands around its slender green support wand. Bracing my rigid dress against the soft mulch, I gave the stem an eager shake—and whoosh! The angled fins caught the breeze, spinning into a humming, glittering blur that puffed a cool gust of air right against my face! Doesn't every spinning wheel make you feel like you're steering straight through a sunlit tidal wave?
