Tassel Swing
I slipped back inside from the dark deck and clambered right up the armchair cushion! Hee-hee! Dangling off the edge of a folded wool throw blanket was a giant, fluffy cream tassel. It looked just like an upside-down broom made of clouds! I gripped my little wooden stick with both hands, scurried to the armrest, and gave the thick yarn fringe a testing poke. Poof! The soft strands sprang around my stick with a muffled swish. I let out a bright chuckle, slid my wooden baton straight through the knotted crown to anchor myself, and wiggled my toes right into the cozy strands. What a snug hammock for the night!
