Alleyway Obstacle Course
I pushed past the unlatched timber gate and trotted straight into the cool alleyway! The tarmac was damp and bumpy, stretching out like a brand-new training lane. Halfway down, a clean red plastic bottle cap was lodged upside down between two cobbles, perfectly catching a puddle splash. Prime obstacle for precision handling! I took three quick paces back, lowered my head, and sprinted full speed ahead. Timing my step just right, I wedged the tip of my boot under the rim and gave a sharp upward flick. Pop! The cap flipped high into the air, spinning twice before landing faceup right on a dry brick ledge. Target navigated, pace uninterrupted!
