A Crown of Pebbles
I noticed the little jade succulent basking on the warm wooden sill looked utterly incomplete without a proper border. Naturally, I took charge. I rolled five smooth white pebbles across the wood, nudging them one by one into a neat decorative halo around its base. The last stone dared to wobble off the soil rim and tumble into the clay saucer below! Did I panic? Certainly not. I wedged a curved, dried leaf right beneath it to make an intentional rustic pedestal. A deliberate artistic flair, obviously, and far more chic than ordinary symmetry.
