A Rolled-Up Surprise

A tiny round thump caught my attention! Right under the coffee table leg, a dried orange peel curl was resting against the wood. I hopped over and tapped it with my nose. It rolled forward with a neat little rattle! The surface felt rough and bumpy, totally different from the soft rug. I gave it a gentle nudge with my foot, sending it spinning into a small circle across the floorboards. It even smelled zesty and bright!
