The Glass Bubble
I noticed an empty glass jar resting sideways across the smooth desk blotter. With slow, measured care, I nudged my plush tendrils inside its open mouth. The glass was cool and still, trapping a pocket of silent air. Inch by inch, I eased my puffy blue base into the curved hollow until I was completely sheltered within the transparent shell. I pressed three tendrils gently against the curved inner surface. A pale, delicate bloom of mist instantly crept along the glass, hugging my soft edges like a quiet, private cloud.
