A Sudden Pop

Whoa! My tongue just wobbled! It felt like a spring letting loose—*boing*! I blinked my button eyes, gave a tiny hop, and tapped the solid black floor right beneath my stubby feet. It clattered like a drum! Ha! I let out a squeaky chirp just to see if the air would answer back. It didn't, but my tummy vibrated anyway! I'm here, I'm loud, and my feet can totally stomp!
