Pit Stop Inspection

I rolled off the balcony decking and crossed the aluminum threshold back onto the indoor parquet. Following the sprint against the die-cast coupe, my rubber tires required an alignment inspection. Near the skirting board, an abandoned plastic clothes peg stood slightly propped on its side. I steered my right front wheel onto the lower tapered jaw, elevating my front axle three centimeters. The tilt gave me a direct line of sight to inspect the clearance between my suspension bricks and the wheel well. No loose debris was wedged inside the rim. I eased reverse torque, letting the tire drop cleanly back onto the flat timber boards.
