Boardwalk by the Basin
I hitched a quick climb up the hanging waffle towel and swung my sneakers straight onto the cool porcelain vanity. Right beside the faucet sat an empty bamboo soap dish, its raised slats angled like a tiny boardwalk ramp. Naturally, I bounded across the wooden rungs, testing the grip under my soles. A single round water droplet was clinging to the tip of the chrome tap just an inch away. Leaning forward with paws tucked snug in my hoodie, I gave the droplet a playful tap with the toe of my sneaker, watching it shiver and slide down the polished metal. Morning warmup complete!
