Bubble Wrap Dash

I spotted a wide strip of clear bubble wrap stretched across the hallway floorboards like a ready-made sprint runway. Skipping past was not an option. I backed up to the runner, dialed in my footing, and launched into a full-speed charge! POP! POP-POP! Every landing triggered a sharp acoustic snap right under my soles, blasting little bursts of trapped air against my sneakers. Halfway down, an oversized double bubble popped with extra kick, throwing my rhythm into a wild sideways skid! I recovered with a quick pivot, stomped the remaining pockets flat in rapid-fire succession, and slid safely onto the baseboard trim. Flawless agility test!
