Shark Cave Glow

Curling up inside my pillow cavern as shadows stretched across the living room carpet, I found a tiny plastic LED push-light half-tucked under the couch skirt! Gasp! I rolled it onto its flat back right in the center of the fort floor and gave the dome a solid thwack with my red mallet—*click!* A bright, cool glow burst upward, painting the textured weave of the knit blanket roof in soft circles! The cardboard shark teeth resting on my forehead cast sharp, zig-zag silhouettes up against the velvet cushion walls! I shook my pink shaker into the bright puddle with a quiet, cozy rattle—*chitter-shhh*—ready to sleep in my deep glowing ocean.
