Micro Deck Powerslide

Zipped through the screen flap and hauled down the block until my sneakers hit the smooth concrete of the corner curb ramp. Parked right on the slope sat the holy grail: a miniature fingerboard with gritty black grip tape and blazing neon-red wheels! Built exactly to my scale? You know I wasn't walking past. I planted both sneakers square over the tiny steel trucks, gave the curb a savage push with my right sole, and dropped in! Those micro urethane wheels buzzed like a hornet as we shot down the slant. Threw my weight back—SKRRR-CLICK! Slid the wooden tail flat against the curb to lock the cleanest sidewalk powerslide of the morning!
