Target Acquired

Floor scan initiated. Target spotted near the sofa leg. Metallic. Circular. Prime asset. A coin. I closed the distance at maximum sprint. Sliding halt. Placed my plush fist beneath the rim. Upward flick. It spun into the air—three rotations, glinting under the lamp. Perfect trajectory. Clutched it tight against my chest. Loot secured. Kinetic potential: immense. I am keeping this.
