Click, clack, snap—HAH! My fingers twitched, my knees unlocked, and suddenly I was leaning all on my own! No more standing like a frozen block! The metal edge dragged against the timber, kicking up a tiny speck of wood dust. A loud cackle jumped straight out of my open mouth! It spun, it clicked, and the whole tabletop gave off a delightful rattle right under my soles. I planted both feet firmly against the surface, grinning wide and eager to see what rattled next!
