A Royal Velvet Tent

My boots were completely worn out from running all across the house today, so I decided my royal kingdom needed a proper bedchamber! I climbed up the corner of the sofa and hauled a folded, fuzzy purple knit beanie right over two fluffy velvet throw pillows. Leaning my back against the armrest, I shoved the ribbed brim open with both hands to carve out a hollow little cave. I carefully placed my snail pebble right at the entrance to keep watch, nestled my striped lemon candy near the back, and crawled inside to snuggle into the soft wool while the dim room drifted off to sleep.
