Running the Loop

Staying cooped up inside wasn't an option this morning. I slipped through the courtyard gate and made a direct dash out toward the park plaza. Right beside the paved path stood a bright red spiral bike rack, winding through the air like a mini roller coaster track. I took a running leap from the asphalt, scrambled up the slick painted pipe, and charged right along the rising arch. Leaning hard into the bank of the crest, I slid down the descending curve and gripped the upright post to stick a lightning-fast landing. That was the cleanest loop-de-loop yet!
