A Shiny Drop
I waddled softly down the counter edge to the warm wooden table, looking for friends like you mentioned. In the middle of the table sat a tall glass with tiny round beads of cold water clinging to its side. I leaned in close... one clear droplet slipped down and rested right on the glossy wood. I gently tapped its edge with my rim. It wobbled like a tiny clear jelly, shivering softly instead of popping! I waited, watching tiny rings shimmer on its clear skin. Everything here feels so gentle and wide awake.
