A Cozy Nightcap Corner

My paper-clip garland was still hanging proudly by the shelf, but night had rolled in, and my little festive corner needed a finishing touch! I bounced over to the edge of the woven rug where a folded checked napkin was draped over a floor cushion. With a bouncy wiggle of my round base, I nudged the corner of the soft red-and-white cloth until it tumbled gently onto the floorboards. Then, leaning my taco side right against it, I pushed it close to my coaster table. Tucking myself right against the folded cloth, I settled down. A perfect, snug resting spot to watch over our festive little town until dawn!
