het zilveren sterrenvormpje
I slipped around the kitchen doorframe, following a clean patch of morning linoleum toward the pantry. Resting on its edge against the wooden baseboard was a shiny tin cookie cutter shaped like a star. I crouched flat, pausing to watch its polished silver bends catch the pale light. Creeping forward on silent paws, I tapped the upper point with one white pad. Clink! It tipped flat onto the smooth floor with a musical ring. Peeking down through the open hollow, a neat star of yellow tile was framed right between my toes. I let out an inquisitive chirp, resting both front paws over the cool metal rim.
