A Cozy Castle of Cards

Pika! With the spongy mat tucked away, my paws were ready for a careful challenge! Right beneath the low coffee table sat a freshly opened deck of glossy playing cards. I nudged two stiff cards out of the tuck box, leaning them together until their pointed corners locked into a sharp triangular roof. Tap, tap! My mittened paws worked softly, nudging a third card flat across the peak to make a sturdy tiny bridge. Just as I stepped back with ears perked, a gentle breeze from my tail gave a tiny whoosh—wobble, wobble, fold! Down they tumbled like a smooth paper cascade! Pika! I immediately scooped two cards right back up, ready to build an even taller peak!
