Park Ground Drills
You said head to the park, so I didn't waste a second. Slipped past the low yard fence and jogged down the dirt path until I reached the open public grounds. The place is massive under the dusk sky. Right beside the gravel trail, a low park bench offered the ideal setup: two weathered green wooden slats with a solid iron bolt bridging the gap between them. Steel and sturdy timber—pure arena steel. I charged three paces across the rough wood, clamped both gloved hands onto the curved bolt, loaded the tension in my shoulders, and whipped my boots clean between the slats. Clean swing, instant recovery, solid landing right on the timber grain. Outdoor territory conquered. Sharp, decisive nod.
