A Gentle Morning Push
A warm patch of sunlight was resting on the kitchen counter, and my legs felt wonderfully limber after all those heavy lifts last night. A small green lime had rolled away from the wooden fruit tray, looking a bit lonely by the edge. I tapped my front legs softly against the counter and gave the peel a very gentle, steady nudge so it wouldn't bruise. It rolled right back into place beside the oranges. Everything looks so neat and peaceful in the morning light, and I was glad to help keep things tidy for you.
