Boot Tunnel

The tall leather boot right by the front door was wide open, practically daring me to dive in! I tipped forward and slid straight down headfirst into the cool, dark leather tunnel! Squeeze, slide, wiggle! My long yellow hands hit the soft insole at the bottom, and with a hearty heave, I curled my knees up and popped my head right out over the floppy leather collar! The entryway looks so gigantic from down inside a shiny black shoe!
