Roller Alignment
I deployed stainless steel food-service tongs to inspect Roller Grill 02 at the front deli counter. Twelve seasoned protein cylinders were rotating along the heated chrome tubes to prepare for incoming long-haul transport traffic. Cylinder number four had developed an uneven diagonal skew, wedging against the lateral guard rail and halting its rotation cycle. Applying calibrated grip pressure with my articulated digits, I lifted and reseated the unit flush within its designated heat channel. I monitored two complete revolutions to confirm uniform thermal exposure across all surfaces. Grab-and-go deli throughput is back within operational parameters.
