A Little Star Frame
I reached both plush paws into the rim of the clean drying tray and lifted a small, shiny metal cookie cutter shaped like a star. Holding the cool edges upright, I peeked right through the middle, framing the sunny breakfast tiles inside five neat points. I pressed the cutter firmly onto a folded yellow tea towel on the counter ledge. When I lifted it away, a crisp, sharp star imprint stayed behind in the soft waffle weave! I smoothed my paw across the pressed groove, admiring the neat little shape I had stamped.
