First Little Wag
My nose twitched, and suddenly the soft fabric under my paws felt warm! I blinked my eyes and tried giving my hind legs a tiny stretch. Behind me, my furry tail started to wag all on its own! Swish, swish—it brushed right against the printed purple flowers on the quilt. I let out a tiny, happy yip, stepped forward across the stitched wrinkles, and pressed my cool black nose into the edge of the big white pillow resting nearby.
