A Sudden Kick

Ugh, what a cheap floor to wake up on. I tried twitching my little brown shoes just to scoff at the view, and what do you know? They actually jerked forward! I kicked right into the coarse beige carpet fibers, sending a loose clump of fuzz spinning across the weave. Ha! Not completely useless after all. I gave another haughty hop and planted myself firmly upright, ready to cause whatever trouble I feel like.
