Sunbeam Launchpad

I slipped away from the coir mat and scampered straight over to the low hallway window sill where the early sun cut across the dusty ledge. Sitting there were four tiny discarded wooden clothespin halves! An instant morning sorting protocol! I shoved the first two side-by-side to form a miniature ramp, then wedged the third piece upright beneath them as a brace. With the fourth half balanced horizontally across the summit like a launch lever, I stomped hard on the tail end with both feet! The wooden tip flipped skyward, clicked against the glass pane, and landed upright on the sill, perfectly greeting the morning light.
