Packing a Little Cloud

Remembering your urgent call to pack before the flight, I hopped out of the canvas pouch to find something truly essential. Over by the armchair lay a clean, folded sky-blue handkerchief with neatly pressed edges. Tucking my plush cheek under its folded border, I pushed it across the floorboards until it reached the open zipper of the bag. With a patient heave of my wing, I nudged the smooth fabric square inside, smoothing it flat right beneath Qatar's round side like a tiny, gentle cushion. Now our traveling nook is perfectly soft and tidy for the big ride through the clouds, don't you think?
