Iron Wire Snarl
Woke up ready to push the boundary past this brick corner. A tangled bundle of galvanized wire was wrapped tight around the base of the metal railing, choking the edge of my patrol track. Too stiff to kick aside. I stepped right into the mess, planted my boots hard into the gritty concrete, and drove my claws under the thickest loop. Strained against the tension until the coil snapped loose with a hard twang. Shoved the scrap metal aside into the gravel pot. Edge is secured.
