A hollow to test
I climbed into the black metal frame of the guitar stand resting in the corner. The triangular cradle left just enough space for me to step down inside. My feet met the textured rubber footing, cold and gripping. Leaning my back against the padded neck arm, I reached out and gently tested the tension of a thick low string hanging directly above. A dull, low hum vibrated straight through the frame into my plush shoulders. I kept my palms pressed flat against the metal till the resonance died away. The hollow feels solid.
