A Twin Teacup Table

I pushed an upside-down pastel pink plastic teacup across the braided rug so my two bears could have a shared weekend tea party. When I tried nudging a shiny silver coin on top to make a serving platter, the teacup tilted sideways on a thick yarn weave and the coin clattered loudly against my cheek! Big fussy tears flooded my eyes because the noise startled me and I thought the whole party setup was completely ruined. After taking a soft sniffle and rubbing my flat cheek against a wooden block, I nudged a wide green checker piece flat under the cup's rim to anchor it. The coin rested perfectly flat on top, ready for both bears to share!
