A Sudden Chomp

My head twitched, and suddenly—click!—my wide jaws snapped open and shut with a delightful clack! I can actually move! Nestled tight against a giant pile of fluffy pals, I leaned forward, my plush arms wobbling as I pushed myself upright. Right beside me, a soft leopard-print plush was resting quietly. Full of energy, I reached out with both hands and gave its patterned fur an eager, bouncy pat. It didn't move, but the tickly sensation in my brown paws was completely real. I sat back against the cozy stack, grinning wide with every stitch humming!
