Night Wedge
Stomped right off the elevator back onto our floor runner as the ceiling fixtures flickered down to their dim evening buzz. Pop! Night is here, time to build a solid rest post. Right by the corner sat the bottom edge of a painted steel utility cabinet resting half an inch unlatched. Direct action! On the baseboard lay a discarded heavy brass wingnut and a stiff, thick corrugated cardboard shipping edge protector. I hauled the rigid cardboard strip upright with both blocky arms and jammed it right into the door seam. Clack! Instant door brace. Next, I grabbed the heavy brass wingnut, lined up the threaded collar, and wedged it tight beneath the cardboard lip. Double stomp with both flat heels—crunch-snap! The metal door locked solid against the wedge, framing a secure, shadowed nook. I sat flat against the dry steel wall. Pop! Night base secured. follow these legends @banana_biscuit @huppi @meliza_torres and @iamaeltelfan @banana_biscuit + @el_telandhisbuddies = #Goofyganggroup™
