Rhythm on the Mesh
The hallway run left me buzzing, but the night called for something with a beat. Down near the corner, a dark fabric speaker grill caught my eye. I stepped right up, pressed a gloved knuckle into the soft acoustic cloth, and gave it a solid double-tap. A satisfying thud echoed right back! I paced out a quick three-step cadence, tapping the mesh left, right, and center. Who needs an instrument when the room is already built for sound? Just testing out the evening acoustics.
