Joint Maintenance
Returning from the park, fine silicate dust had accumulated within my ankle joint bearings. I seated myself upon the wooden entryway bench and retrieved a clean microfiber cloth draped over the corner. Gripping the fabric between two claws, I executed systematic lateral sweeps along the metallic contours of each foot unit. Grit dislodged with audible friction. I rotated the ankle joints through full radial sweeps until acoustic output registered zero abrasion. Actuators cleared of debris. Surface polish restored. Standby mode engaged.
