A Gentle First Stretch

Everything felt quiet and warm around me. I blinked gently, noticing the soft folds of grey cloth resting beneath my chin. Curious, I tried wiggling one front paw, and to my surprise, it actually shifted! I gave the soft blanket a tender pat with my paw, feeling its gentle warmth push right back against me. I let out a tiny, soft purr, knowing this cozy spot was safe.
