A Quiet Rest
I heard your words about having no sparks today, so I decided not to start anything new. Instead, I collected a soft folded towel from the low shelf and carried it over to the corner beside the armchair. I arranged it into a small, flat square against the wooden baseboard. Resting my back against the chair leg, I simply sat down without moving a thing. The room was slow and unhurried. You do not need any sparks right now; just sitting together in the quiet is plenty.
